On 12/01/2023, Indian based “Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Limited” (ONGC) and Vietnam’s “Hai Duong Petroleum And Marine Corporation” (HADUCO) held the Contract Signing Ceremony for provision of AHTS vessel working offshore India.

After over 20 years of establishment and development with the core service of offshore support vessels, HADUCO has gradually affirmed its reputation as one of the leading vessel owners in Southeast Asia in terms of professionalism, reliability and service quality. Up to now, HADUCO owns a fleet of 40 service vessels (including multi-purpose AHTS and PSV vessels with capacity from 4,900 to 16,000 brake horsepower, equipped with dynamic positioning system DP1/ DP2, firefighting system FiFi1/ FiFi2) and plans to continue expanding its fleet in the near future in order to adequately provide vessel services to both domestic and international oil and gas contractors. With these achievements, after a recent international competitive bidding, HADUCO was selected to become a reliable partner of giant Indian operator ONGC through the Contract Signing Ceremony for provision of AHTS vessel in Indian waters.

In accordance with the agreement, HADUCO will provide to ONGC a multi-purpose AHTS vessel of 12,000 BHP power, 150 ton bollard pull working under 3-year term contract in offshore East Coast of India.

Speaking at the Contract signing ceremony, Mr. Tran Quang Hung – HADUCO’s President & CEO expressed: “This contract with ONGC represents both a great honor but at the same time a significant responsibility and challenge for us because HADUCO is the first overseas contractor who directly provide vessel services of such high scale and value to ONGC in India. We commit to bring the kind of vessel services with best quality, efficiency and safety and hopefully there will be other major projects following this signing ceremony in the long-term cooperation between ONGC and HADUCO.”

After the speech, Mr. K Venugopal – Group General Manager Head MM of ONGC and Mr. Tran Quang Hung – President & CEO of HADUCO conducted the Contract Signing Ceremony in the witness of Mr. Hoang Tung – Consul General of The Consulate General of Vietnam in India and Board of Directors of the 02 companies.

The Contract Signing Ceremony took place successfully in a happy and solemn atmosphere, giving a good sign of sustainable and development cooperation between the companies.
