In the historic month of April, Con Dao welcomes hundreds of visitors from all parts of the country to light incense at Hang Duong Cemetery and visit the system of historical relics on the island.

On April 1, 2023, HAI DUONG PETROLEUM AND MARINE CORPORATION organized a gratitude journey to Con Dao, a sacred land where thousands of revolutionaries rest in peace, and where the heroism of Nữ Anh Hùng Võ Thị Sáu remains. Although it was not the first time, the simple beauty of this place still made us emotional and excited. The island’s fishermen’s simplicity, the sea’s peace at sunset, and the sanctity of the soldiers who sacrificed in a remote corner of the island make us love and be proud of this island. Indeed, although every Vietnamese person may have never been to Con Dao, this place has become a spiritual and majestic landmark deeply ingrained in their subconscious.

Now, amidst the vast open sea of the country, Con Dao has become a sparkling and vibrant gem, attracting a large number of domestic and international tourists to visit and relax with its beautiful natural scenery including blue beaches, dense primitive forests, and a system of sacred temples and shrines welcoming visitors to explore.

Closing the two-day journey in Con Dao – a place with blue islands amidst the vast ocean, smooth white sandy beaches, and unforgettable memories for the group. Saying goodbye to Con Dao, we return to our daily life with a positive energy source after the trip, hoping we will soon have the opportunity to return to this peaceful island region.
